Producing Rich Internet Applications with an Open Source Platform

OpenLaszlo is the leading open source platform for the development and delivery of rich Internet applications on the World Wide Web. With the recent release of its open source OpenLaszlo 3.0 platform, solutions providers can leverage an open source, XML-native platform for developing rich Internet applications. Martin will demo a few examples, talk about the platform and show a few programming examples using Coldfusion.
Bio:
Martin Cadirola leads Ecotronics Ventures LLC, an Internet solutions, IP communications and engineering services firm based in Maryland. Earlier this year, Martin and his development team launched Kapanga Softphone, the first Voice over Internet (VoIP) software phone that lets people send and receive fax, voice and video calls over a VoIP network. He manages the NASA Goddard Coldfusion Users Group, presenting various topics related to Coldfusion and software development. Martin also serves in the steering committee of the International Association of Space Entrepreneurs, a leading non-profit entrepreneurial organization promoting business in space.
